The B 600 works on the principle of cold evaporation and is the most powerful model in the range.
It offers an extremely high-quality standard configuration that can be enhanced by a wide range of options to provide you with the configuration that perfectly matches your needs.
Delivered ready to use, on castors (mobile) or feet (fixed).
Its control panel lets you adjust the flow rate and displays the relative humidity (RH) and setpoint.
It can be operated by infrared remote control (visitors cannot access the controls) and offers 4 speeds and an automatic mode. It comes with a wireless humidistat for wall or ceiling mounting. It measures the ambient relative humidity and activates the humidifier in auto mode from a distance of up to 30 m.
The large water tank (50 L) is fitted with partitions and a splash guard.
In automatic mode, the fan speed adjusts automatically.
If the tank is empty, the appliance switches off automatically and a flashing indicator tells you to refill the tank.
Air purifier :
UV technology produces short-wave light that destroys the cell structures of most micro-organisms and germs, killing them in the process. In the B 600, the water in the humidifier is continuously pumped through a stainless steel body into which a low-pressure UV lamp has been installed, protected by quartz glass. This creates a thin layer of water between the quartz glass and the stainless steel body, which is irradiated and sterilised very intensively and effectively due to the short distance between it and the lamp. The purified water is then returned to the water circuit and fed directly to the evaporation filter via the scale conversion cartridge.
The scale conversion cartridge uses permanent magnets to generate a magnetic field that alters the molecular structure of the scale so that it deposits less easily on the unit's surfaces. The evaporation filter is thus constantly supplied with clean, decalcified, germ-free water.
Optional extras include an automatic water supply and an external water controller to ensure water safety, a UV sterilisation system, a limescale conversion cartridge, an activated carbon cleaning filter, and the B 500 also becomes an air purifier.
