REGISTRATION AND LOGIN


How do I create my account on www.promuseum.eu?
Click on the tab MY ACCOUNT: https://promuseum.eu/mon-compte
Click on "create your account
Fill in the requested information, the mandatory fields are indicated by an asterisk.
Validate the anti-spam system " I am not a robot ".
Click on the "Validate" button
You will receive an email at the address you entered earlier.
Click on the link in the e-mail "Confirm my registration".
That's it, you just have to connect with your login and password.
 

How do I fill in the information about my school?
Once your account has been created and in order to request a quote or place an order, you need to fill in the information about your establishment.

Click on "MY ACCOUNT":

MY ESTABLISHMENT: this is your main establishment, you can add several by clicking on

YOU CAN ADD SEVERAL BY CLICKING ON "+ ESTABLISHMENT".

CONTACT: enter other contacts

BILLING ADDRESS: enter your billing address, you can add several by clicking on the "+ NEW ADDRESS" button

DELIVERY ADDRESS: enter your delivery address, you can add more than one by clicking on the "+ NEW ADDRESS" button

 

I have forgotten my password, how can I find it again?
On the login page https://promuseum.eu/mon-compte you have a clickable link allowing you to reset your password: https://promuseum.eu/password/reset

Just enter the email address of your account and you will receive a reset link by email a few minutes later. Please check your spam folder.

If you have not received it after ten minutes, please contact us at commercialweb@promuseum.fr

 

I already had an account on the old Promuseum website (before January 2019), can I get it back?

You can reset your password by going to this page: https://promuseum.eu/password/reset

However, you will have to re-enter your delivery and invoicing addresses and the history of your quotes and orders before January 2019 has not been kept.

 

I work in several different establishments, do I need to create an account for each establishment?
You do not need to create multiple accounts.

If you manage several establishments, you can register them on the "My establishments" page. Our sales department will receive an email that will allow us to link your internet account to your business accounts in our customer management software.

This will allow you to use a single account for all your locations. When you log in to your internet account, you will simply select the establishment you want from the drop down menu at the top right of the site.

You will be able to place orders and quotes for each separate venue and track their progress. If you have special rates, you will also have access to them.

 

Our establishment had an account using the email of a colleague who no longer works in our company, how do we do this?
The easiest way is to create a new account on the website using new login details.

NB: you will not have the history of your old quotes and orders.

 

QUOTE AND ORDER


How do I place an order?
Simply add the products you want to your shopping cart.

You have four options:

  • Navigate the site using the drop-down menus and the sub-menus
  • Enter the name of the product or the keyword in the "by product" search (small magnifying glass at the top right), then click on it when the product you are looking for appears in the drop-down menu
  • Enter the product reference in the "by reference" search and click on it when it appears in the drop-down menu
  • Browse the catalogue and enter the reference in the box on the right, then add to the basket

You can then click on your basket and check your information in the order tunnel:

My basket: check your products and then click on "Order online
Delivery/billing information: check your addresses (you can add them in your account)
Checking the order before payment: check your basket one last time, read and validate the terms and conditions and click on the "VALIDATE" button
Online payment: enter your bank details and validate.
Order validation: if your payment has been accepted, you will receive a payment validation email + an order validation email
NB :

Online orders are only available for French customers with delivery in France. For orders outside France, only the request for a quote is possible.

Shipping costs are 29€ HT for metropolitan France (except for exceptions)

The free shipping is valid for orders over 395€ HT.

 

I would like to order a product "postage extra", what should I do?
Online ordering is not possible because the shipping costs must be calculated by our sales team.

You can therefore request a quote but this will not include the delivery costs either. Our sales team will calculate the shipping costs for your quote and send it to you as soon as possible.

You can also contact us by email or telephone.

 

How do I request a quote?
You just have to add the products you want in your basket.

You have four options:

  • Enter the product reference in the "by reference" search and click on it when it appears in the drop-down menu

You can then click on your basket and check your information:

My basket: check your products and then click on "Request a quote
Delivery/billing information: check your addresses (you can add them in your account)
Choice of payment method: in order to facilitate the registration of the quote, you must choose a payment method (in case of a subsequent order)
Payment by administrative mandate (local authorities and institutions under public accounting only)
Cheque or transfer attached to the order with a 2% discount
Cheque or transfer of 50% to be attached to the order, the balance on receipt of the invoice
Summary of the quotation: check your request carefully and enter additional information in the box provided.
Click on "Send my request".
You will receive a quote validation email containing a PDF with your quote request. If you are happy with the request, you can print this PDF, sign it and send it back to us by email.
 

NB :

Postage costs are 29€ excluding VAT for metropolitan France (except for exceptions)

The free shipping is valid for orders over 395€ HT.

Orders with "postage extra" products: Please note that the quote you receive by email does not take into account the postage costs for "postage extra" products. The shipping costs must be calculated by our sales team.  You will receive our quotation by email very soon, including the shipping costs.

 

I want to track my order
Access your account and click on "My orders".

You will see a list of all your orders. Just click on the "Track" button of the one you are interested in.

You will have access to the stage of your order: In progress / awaiting dispatch / dispatched

You will also be able to view the commercial documents in PDF format related to your order:

Acknowledgement of receipt of order / Delivery note / Invoice

 

I want to consult a quote
Access your account and click on "My quotes".

You will see a list of all your quote requests.

You can download the quote you are interested in by clicking on "Download".

 

I can't place a quote or an order, what should I do?
Check that your delivery and billing addresses are correct.

You cannot place an order if you have an address outside mainland France.

As part of a public contract, I benefit from preferential rates, how can I access them?
Your prices are available on our website. You just have to add the products to your basket and the price will be applied automatically.

Please note that the preferential rates are only displayed in the basket and not on the product sheet.

 

How do I add a product to my favourites list?
When you are on the product page, under the title of the product you will find the button "Add to favourites". Simply click on it to add it.

To manage your favourites, click on the "My favourites" tab: you will be able to consult them and delete them from the list.

 

How do I download a data sheet?
When you are on the product page, under the title of the product you will find the button "Download data sheet". Simply click on it to download the PDF of the data sheet.

 

How can I recommend a product to a colleague?
When you are on the product sheet, under the title of the product you will find the button "Recommend to a colleague". Simply click on it to bring up a window. Fill in the requested information and validate. Your colleague will receive a link to the product by email.
